The user centered development allowed me to get a deep understanding of the user, and work with it throughout the whole development process. Even though I had research resources provided by the company, I conducted my own to get a closer look at how people would navigate a web shop. First, I found it hard first to work with large scale user research documentations, but constantly checking myself with the guidelines allowed me to work close with user expectations.
